I recently had an injury to my left leg. Being pretty much useless, allows one to really reflect on the little things they take for granted every day. Using the bathroom, taking a shower, putting on clothes. These are things most of us deal with on a daily basis not being truly grateful for these seemingly small tasks. When you have these trivial basic human functions stripped away you begin to wonder what is it that you do that makes you who you are.
